The peanut can be used for many products. For savoury snacks, but also for cookies, cakes, ice cream, candied peanuts, muesli, confectionary and chocolatebars.
The peanut is very tasty, especially once it has been roasted. In roasting drums, the peanut is roasted uniformly in order to achieve its characteristic taste and odour.
For the decoration of cookies and cakes, the peanut is also very suitable. Sliced peanuts and diced peanuts are preferred for this use.
