Peanut basil pesto


2 basil plants
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Rape seed oil
Slightly roasted peanuts (around 150 g)
2 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic
Agave syrop

Take the basil leaves of the stems, put them in a food processor. Add 2 tsp of salt and a bit of oil, and grind this mixture. Mix in the peanuts, and then the balsamic vinegar and the garlic cloves. If desired, add the agave syrop to taste.
